2. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout, and taxes are applied as indicated at checkout. Payment is taken securely at the time of order through our payment providers. See our Payment Policy for details.

4. Shipping and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Product use and safety

The Swimavi™ inflatable pool is intended for recreational use only. Always supervise children in or near water. Follow the included setup and safety instructions. Do not use the product in unsafe conditions or for purposes it is not designed for. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse, failure to supervise, or failure to follow instructions.

6. Intellectual property

All content on swimavi.com, including text, images, logos, and the Swimavi™ brand, is owned by or licensed to CWTCHY CWTCHY LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
