Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Swimavi™ purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work. It is offered alongside, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Your 14-day cancellation right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email support@swimavi.com with your order number.

Return window

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item. We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging.

How to return an item

1. Email support@swimavi.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address: CWTCHY CWTCHY LTD, 56 York Place, Newport, NP20 4GD, Wales, United Kingdom.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to show the funds.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at support@swimavi.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you.

Non-returnable situations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns of items that have been used or are not in resaleable condition, except where the item is faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
